The Subtle Mind & Track 3

The Loving Kindness exercise was indeed different from the Subtle Mind exercise. For me it seemed like the loving kindness exercise focused thoughts and breathing. The Subtle Mind deals with the same thing but it was weird because one minute i am focusing on breathing and on the instructor, and the next minute the massive static a.k.a White Noise. I thought it was my CD, i thought that i had a defected CD but when i got a chance to read my peers blogs, i was thankful that it was probably just apart of the exercise. I guess the noise was just there to test our focus. It was a nice experience though till the noise because i just got creeped out after the noise. Good thing it was not night time and i was not alone.

I think that the spiritual wellness is connected to both mental and physical wellness. In order to be healthy mentally and physically i believe that a person needs to be spiritually healthy. This is just a thought but i think that all three must be on the same page for a person to reach integral health. Hmmm?? That is all that comes to mind on this subject for now.
